Returns Policy
Currently, we do not offer returns on purchased products once the order has been delivered successfully.
Customers are requested to carefully review product specifications, compatibility, and requirements before placing an order.
Replacement Policy
A replacement may be provided only under the following conditions:
- Product received is physically damaged during transit
- Wrong product delivered
- Manufacturing defect found on arrival
To request a replacement:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Share clear unboxing video/photos as proof
- Provide your order ID and issue details
Replacement requests without proper proof may not be accepted.
Non-Eligible Situations
Replacement or return requests will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect product ordered by customer
- Damage caused by improper installation or misuse
- Products without original packaging/accessories
- Requests made after the allowed reporting period
Warranty Support
Many products sold by Better Support are covered under manufacturer warranty terms.
Warranty claims after installation or usage will be handled according to the respective brand’s authorized service process.
